On
evenings when I'm free I like to pour myself a drink (sometimes two), relax, sit at the keys, and just play whatever comes
to mind. FROM THE INSIDE is a compilation of improvisations that I recorded during such evenings throughout 1999.
Most of the pieces are loosely based on melodies and rhythms that I use when I play for Modern and Ballet classes
(which I had been doing a lot of during that year). They cover a variety of my favorite styles, including Classical,
Jazz and Blues, Contemporary, and New Age.
